Their style is in line with the classic walnut Florentine furniture, wardrobes with lacquered mouldings, warm colours for the walls and Dussiè parquet for the floors, desks and luggage racks in travertine marble, a chromatic harmony that relaxes and welcomes our guests, putting them at ease in the sitting room.
The Hotel Laurus al Duomo is located on one of the main streets in the centre of Florence, so we decided to give each room a name based on its view and its characteristics. Thanks to this little detail, our guests become attached to their rooms and may request them when booking (subject to availability) without having to remember the number but the name. The Microperspectives, placed on all the doors of the rooms, show their names and the details that are visible from the windows, to suggest taking a closer glimpse of the city.
Furthermore, in designing the rooms, we also tried to ensure that our guests have maximum comfort during any type of trip, with a bit of attention, making them feel pampered even while away from home.
Flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-fi throughout the hotel, private bathroom (most with bathtub) to relax after a busy day, or take a break before going off to discover a city like Florence, which has a thousand secrets tell.
In addition, to enjoy ultimate relaxation, you can order dinner, creating some intimacy and a romantic atmosphere in the silence and comfort of your own room.
